Default please id this kindjal

Hello to all
can you identify this kindjal, its origin and age...It measures 51.5 cm with scabbard
48.5 cm handle with the blade, the blade 4cm wide.
There is a marking on the blade

It is a collection of parts roughly put together. Likely within the past several years.

I am afraid I see the same thing as Ariel: an authentic, late 19th century blade, put in a newly made tin scabbard, adorned with random pieces taken likely from old jewelry. Hard to tell if the hilt is original to the blade or a recent replacement.
