Need help locating this sword! WANTED!!!!

The pic is not very informative.
Can you just explain what exactly do you need?

Hi

Sorry! This is the only picture that I have about this sword.
I don't think anyone else have the image this close. Most of them are group images and far away, show no characters of the sword.
The maker of the sword copied the design from European Military Sword, change a few things on the scabbard and the handle, those changes make the sword can be distinguished from the rest of world.
This forum is the most famous of sword forum, that's why I listed it here, I hope someone with great knowledge can help me! Either to REPRODUCE this sword or to locate the original or similar type.
