Default concealed dagger or concealed pistol?

Hi Guys,

It's not a discovery and it was said before.
But just wanted to say that the so-called concealed daggers are in fact concealed pistols. Just because the hilt was exposed and the pistol was hidden in the belt. It was most probably a surprise for the opponant to see a pistol more than to see a small dagger inside the pistol...

Thumbs up

I AGREE THE PISTOL WAS LIKELY THE SURPRISE AND THE DAGGER JUST BACK UP IF THE PISTOL MISFIRED OR TO FINISH OFF THE ENEMY AFTER HE WAS SHOT.
A BEAUTIFUL WEAPON I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE LIKE IT. THERE ARE QUITE A FEW INTERESTING VARIATIONS OF FIRE ARMS WITH BUILT IN BLADES BOTH HIDDEN AND EXPOSED. IS THIS ONE FROM TURKEY OR PERSIA ?

Of course, you only get one shot with the pistol; if more extensive social work is called for, the dagger is a helpful backup, and already at hand.
