Default Two Swords, a Yataghan to translate and a strange one.

Hi again,

My cousin has this "set" of arms:
A Turkish pistol, a palaska, a yataghan with inscription and a strange sword dated 1817.
Can anybody help to translate?
And what is the second sword?

Thanks a lot.
