Just happened upon it with one minute and 40 seconds to go! Still got into a bid and counterbid with someone.
Will ask Arjan if he knows how old, but suspect that Lew is right. Deco period 1930's or so. |

here another with a suberb inlayed blade,
the blade has very nice scrollwork (and a repair) the scabbard has also the same knots as a "real" one. (aviable at www.thehornbill.com) |
