Gents, Sorry for the late response on this. Got sidetracked with some life changes. This Wooley, Deakin, Dutton dating information is excellent and is certainly the best that I have seen while digging through what was available to me. Nice to see that things generally seem to line up with some of my initial thoughts. I haven't found any additional markings or unique details on the blade/scabbard so I think I'm at the end of what I can dig up on this blade. Thank you all for the great information and help.
