Hello: I wanted to follow up on this since I received the item today. The head is approximately 5.5 inches and overall weight is 2 pounds, 4 oz. 24 inches in total length.

The head is hand forged, not cast and the handle is hand planed. The handle is old, but I feel that the head is older.

Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks again.
