They look like arrows as used by the pygmies of Congo , most of the times these are made for the tourists consumption, could even be made from San Tribes

Hi! Yes, the quiver and arrows are West African. I’m not sure what the tribal affiliation is, possibly Hausa? The reference in front of me is in German LOL. Likely from Niger/Nigeria/Cameroon region. At one point I had a decent collection of ethnographic archery items but I’ve sold most of it off over the years.
