In fact what I'm really looking for are depictions on Effigies or Barsses dating from the 14th and 15th centuries that show this form of grip with the pommel and garde turned inwards . Original sources. |

Yes I did see that example thanks . In fact I am looking for earlier examples (14th and 15th centuries) of this dagger that are illustrated on tomb stones of Knights . I am sure that I have seen them somewhere on the web.
