French/Belgium percussion pistol

here aree some photos of on percussion pistol.

It is about 33cm long and bore is about 18mm.

But can anyone tell more-how old it perhaps is
and is it French or Belgian?

Any manufactures marks I didn't find-but
something on barrel looks like number?

And other things too..?
