Some help with this thing ... please
The guy whom i bought this from thinks is African; i say, no way. I take it is Asian, but i know nothing about theses things; neither the engraving nor the beast where the horn came from. It measures 35 cms. in (straight) height, base not included.
Anyone familiar with this type of work ... please ? . |

Hello Fernando,
To me, it looks like water buffalo horn. As with respect to origin, my guess would be Vietnam or that area. Hopefully, somebody will be able to give you more accurate information! Regards, Marius |
