Russian-Beibut-Kindjal pre WWI

Hello,

I bought this Beibut dagger,
a militar model of 1912 with no scabbard,
hideously varnish wood hilt but the blade seems old and ok !
I read on the net that 1912 stamps doesn't exist ( began in 1913 ) and that it can be an original one.

Any comments ?
