I think there is a number of such designers in Iran, probably someone from the surrounding area (Manoucher or Erikhan) can be of assistance.
There is a very good niello/goldwork Adighe master, Astya Arzich. I don't like her work (imgo garish and untraditional), but she is quite famous. |
