If the second is smaller gauge, 24 pound is a gun for marine (sea service pistol), circa 1825.

I found two identical said to be a PATTERN 1805 SHORT SEA SERVICE FLINTLOCK .
He has a steel ramrod like mine ,but I don't have the belt hook and no no screw hole from this belthook.
