Arete, I think a larger more detailed image is need for any attempt at identification.

rather surprised that I got a reply; I received no notice and had frankly suspected no one could see my posts. Not sure how a crisper picture would help ID since the entire shape is clearly visible in this one, but in any event I sold the spear some time past.
