Salaams archer ~ Yep you are right its a Royal Omani Khanjar with what looks like a hard life ... but is just how I would expect it to look as its been to Salalah... many decades of the Salalah treatment... they come out looking bedraggled but this it is a great example. Rings dismantled, lost, re used on another khanjar or just gone !... down to the leather which is how they like them down there... but its a Royal job in amongst all that. Salalah. Lovely odd ball attached looks like Ivory...ya !
