siamese twin keris
cannot resist to show this,
After the female warangka, a siamese twin keris appears never seen 2 kerissen joined together and combined to 1. What would have been the intention: double the esoteric power? or again a amusing little piece of tourist craft work? ((it seems a nice carved hilt) |

Hum, rather Madurese than Siamese twins?
I think that I already saw such a twin blades combination (a sajen kris especially) but with 2 separate hilts. Best regards |

Warning! Warning! Will R....... ;)
Hullo everybody!
I don't believe in 'coincidences'. In the past month or so, I have seen various 'antique/old' Indo edged-weapons of the 'twin' variety surface for sale in various locations around the globe. Proceed with caution ..... (It does NOT compute! ) Best, |

Car manufacturers bring out a new model every 12 months or so.
Your computer or digcam is out of date as soon as you walk out of the shop. At the market level that this "twin" keris occupies you can expect to see all sorts of everything with pretty fair regularity. Anything to improve sales. A much safer tactic for purchase is to concentrate on quality rather than novelty. |
