Looks like a Swedish cavalry sabre m/1847 with the outside of the guard bent a bit out of shape. I'm attaching a few pics of mine for comparison.

The somewhat peculiar blade shape returns on a few other Swedish swords from the eighteen-forties to the eighties or so, to the best of my knowledge with all of them being designed by an artillery officer named Jonas August Hafström (probably 1810-80).
