The age its self seem old, but the detail carving work seem quite good.
Nice carving in spite of some disproportioned parts... Such "pornographic" hilts are shown in the EK on page 498 but the origin is not specified unless I overlooked it.

there are a few such "pornographic" hilts in the book "the beauty of kris hilt"
I think they are old
have a look here...there are also a feg examples of human figure keris hilts which I can say ... nice to see it in my collection.
