Hi Steve. Interesting set of powder horn/flask and bullet/shot pouch. Never seen a set like that before. And appears to be in good condition. Is the horn actually made of horn or metal? Often, powder horns had an additional larger end plug to fill the horn up faster. Wish I could help you identify the origin?? Doesn't look middle eastern at all. Hope someone else here has better knowledge. Again, nice complete set. Rick.

Hi Rick, It is a puzzle appears older the horn is very round, coarse fibered, lots of growth like rings. The answer maybe in the horns origin. at first i though Argentina. Stone shows #3 as a Tibetan bullet pouch. So Maybe, the horn's from a Yak. Thanks for the help. Steve
