there is an opinion that the Javanese kris in Singosari era and earlier uses a square-shaped Pesi, because most of the keris buda is using has a square Pesi. I think I agree with this.
to profile keris buda, I saw in a 'pamor' magazine, published in Indonesia in its first edition in 2006, I see there are already some form of dapur in there, so I thought maybe it could be like that.
