What language or writing is in this inscription ?
Please somebody help,
The owner of this 1871 Snider rifle has being trying hard to decipher this inscription, but it doesn't seem to be Arabic ... some say not even Farsi, Kurdish or Urdu. The last hint he got was that it might be Afghan, but no consequent evidence came through.. Anyone in this Forum able to distinguish what language this is, and what is the text of the inscription ?
