Top one is Afghan paluoar , the tulwar variant from those regions of what was then (19th c) known as North India frontiers (now Pakistan and Afghanistan).
Average example, not uncommon, but nice sound specimen. The bottom one appears to be something fashioned from sword bayonet blade late 19th into early 20th c. This kind of repurposing not uncommon in remote and colonial regions everywhere in order to use the blade. |
