Default what kind of knife is this...?

just bought this knife, filigree silver, 8.25 inch / 21 cm
the seller's description was :

- antique knife filigree Russia or Ottoman
- circa late 19th early 20th century.
- no marks but Filigree tests silver . Probably 800 something
- not sure what it was for ? Possibly a paper knife but it’s surprisingly sharp.

I think that it is not a paper knife and thought more of a fish filleting knife, but than again...such a knife does not need to be sharp...
and for a butter knife the blade might be too short....?
Agewise it might indeed be 19th, 20th century

Russian I doubt as well as there certainly would have been a zolotniki silvergrade and maker's mark.

The filigree does look like Mediterranean to me and would also explain the absence of any mark...

Any of you know got any idea where it comes from, recognizes it or does know what kind of knife it is ?
Your reply will be highly appreciated!☼☺☼
