Default Koummya for comment

Here is a koummya with silver fittings and a bone hilt. Eric Clade shows similar koummyas on pages 46-47 and 48-49 in his book, described as work from Marrakech and late 19th century. The silver fittings on mine are marked well including the ram's head mark, so it cannot be earlier than the 1920s-1930s. Often times these markings will have a Hijra date in Roman numerals, but I cannot make out a date with any degree of certainty. Can anyone read the stamps and decipher the date?
