Default Pistol for sale

This is a composite piece, that i wonder whether collectors are interested in, as i have been a dozen years ago.The lock, being the highest value in this pistol, was made by Portuguese master Bartholomeu Gomes, one of the most prominent gun makers of the 18th century. We can see his crest on the lock plate and the 1781 date, the city (Lisbon) and his other mark on the frizzen.
The barrel also from the 18th. century, from the Liege golden age, retaining some decoration gold.
The brass trigger guard, typically Portuguese also from the 18th century, trimmed from a musket version.
The brass buttcap most certainly of Spanish origin.
A spare iron trigger guard from the same period may added to the offer.

Asking 500 Euros.
