Unfortunately I have heard that the author of the Pamoratlas, ing E. A. N. van Veenendaal has passed away quite some time ago.

However who knows if the people involved with his estate would be interested to have this re-published and perhaps translated. Of course Dutch is not a problem for me (although I wasn’t born here but naturalized many years ago) but it may be for other people. I would certainly volunteer to provide translations.
