European chain mail armour armour chainmail Indian Sub continent???

Battara EAAF Staff Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Louisville, KY Posts: 7,346	To me this looks like butted and riveted 6-in-1 European chainmaille. Seems made of steel. Nobility usually owned chainmaille (unless it was taken off dead nobility from the battlefield).
