Default Pulwar cartouche translation requested

This pulwar sword arrived last week sporting an interesting heavy blade taking the form of the yelman style with an Inidan ricasso but without the t-spine. After a bit of cleaning the rust and grime, the cartouche showed some writing within the gold scrolls, possibly a maker signature or owner. I am asking if someone can make out the inscription for a translation please. The writing is very small so I can include more photos if needed.

Total length: approx. 32 inches.
Blade length: approx. 27 inches

Regards,
-Geoff
