Default Indonesian Garuda spearhead?

Hi all,

I'm hoping the knowledgeable forum members here will be able to identify the following spearhead which I believe is Indonesian.

I listed this on the ethnographic side but had few responses unfortunately so perhaps here the kris side may be able to identify the type of spearhead, where it was made and whether it truly is an ankus (doubtful, though that is the seeming attribution in Holstein and the Moscow Historical Museum).

Images below and from a book published in 1993 of the Moscow Historical Museum collection, and then Holstein.

Seemingly another several, though of trisula, type were published in a 19th C. lithograph of Asian weapons (though all of them were Indonesian in origin).
