Ottoman shishana / shishane or boyliya?

Not quite sure exactly what this is, anyone have an opinion?

Ottoman miqueletlock shishana / shishane (long gun with a hexagonal wooden butt and a heavy barrel, a stock form used by the janissary and the seymeni) or possibly a Balkan boyliya, 18th c, 58" long, 44 1/2" tapered octagonal 70 cal. damascus twist iron barrel with silver bands, integral open rear sight, double blade front sight, breech inlaid with a silver band and silver bordered gilt brass inlaid makers mark, wood stock of typical construction studded with silver tacks.
