Default Flintlock pistol sea service?

Hi all
Just picked up the attached pistols also got a v nice fowler of dublin pocket picture which is in the first picture
Would like to know more on the larger pistol initially

Taught it was a for sea service pistol but no belt loop
Big gun at 19 inches /48.5 cm
Bore approx . 7
Nice lock with good tight movement
Proof marks hard if not impossible to make out
Can anyone give me an ID, extra photos no problem
As you can see it has fancy escutcheon so probably not military issue
Thanks
Ken
