Is this a Chilanum?

Greetings all,
I have just acquired this dagger. I am sure that I have seen pics of something similar somewhere, but can't remember where. With advancing years I have developed CRA disease (Can't Remember Anything Disease).
It has some vague similarities to Chilanum (have I spelled that correctly?) daggers.
Anyway, will the experts take pity on an old man and I D for me?
