Default Visayan Sword with snake head hilt for comment

Guys, for comments please. I thought this is a revolutionary sword because of the sun in the scabbard. I also thought that this a visayan sword because of the inscription in the scabbard that says kapudlusan whichnturns out to be a place in leyte. Quite confused though on the blade which is somewhat similar to that of moro swords.
