Hi,
these are alle territories in former Germany:
archbishops land: Mainz and Trier, Cölln (Colongne)
and Territories: Sachsen, Pfaltz, Brandenburg, Bayern (Bavaria), Mecklenburg, ?
"Für" means for.
and the rest maybe "Ihro Kaiserlich. Majest." meaning "The royal majesty"

Maybe a Signature when the Germany Country was build out of the autonom Kingdoms in 1871 (Reichsgründung)
