Default Axe for identification

Hi all, I'm new here but have been reading the posts and learning a lot from them for a few months now.
Can anyone help with this axe. I'm putting it in the European section but I'm not sure whether it has some eastern characteristics. It's no lightweight and the handle is 86cm long.

Thanks.
