It's meant to be Tibetan (from the script). Possibly Mongolian. One-piece bowls are very rare in Tibetan/Mongol helmets (much more common in China, but I think still rare, if we exclude theatrical costume and modern fakes). Most of these on the market are fake. Therefore, this one is probably fake.

Looks OK for the general style, except for the one-piece bowl.
