I'll give it a go...

It reads Daurbek Borukaev in old Russian (most likely the name of an owner) with a date of 1886 (but you probably figured that part by yourself )

I am no expert in names. My guess would be Buchara or surrounding territory. Definetely not Georgian or Armenian.

It is a very nice peice and i wish i could offer you more information
