Default Trousse - Is it "authentic"?

Hello all! I am pretty new to Chinese antiques, and well, I am not sure if this is an antique or not... it's a trousse or eating set with chopsticks and a knife. The knife doesn't seem too sharp, though I don't know if it's a quality blade or not. I don't know what authentic sea turtle shell feels like - so I can't comment on that...

Any thoughts? I appreciate any and all help from you gurus
