Certainly not annoying and probably not unuseful...however, since it is clear that the meaning of words have a habit of shifting and changing their definitions over time i am afraid that there will never be any positive way to ever say that the words "kres" or "kris" in these writings were ever meant to refer to anything that we could call a keris today.
