What I could find, and little do I know , was that quite some were dated back to the Crimean conflict between the Ottoman and Russian empires.

The first 2 pictures are no yataghan but a nice shaska, the others are yataghans.

the first russian military shashka you show is a chinese made fake made in longquan in the last 10-15 years by the way
