I agree with Kai - close ups of the base of the hilt would be helpful.
That being said, it is a nice Sulu blade, perhaps early 1800s, with great twist core. It would be good to get a good polish and etch, and a proper hilt and clamp on it too. The present hilt looks to be a modern add on. |
