Does not look Chinese to me. More North African/Middle Eastern. The metal design resembles quite closely that on some Moroccan powder flasks.(Pic attached) Also does not look to be very old as the metal is quite thin and not fitting that well.
Is the flask hollow right to the bottom? What is body made of? Bone/Ivory?? Stu |
