If it intends to represent Shiva the snake then would be vasuki and the "arrow" could simply be a trisula. Looking on internet I came across one arrow and a trisula which looks alike the one of the hilt.
Unfortunately they are only designated under a description of what they are. Just for our culture please find them here under
