Nice pick up Lief.
We have gone round a few times with what to call these swords. It seems that most people have settled on binangon, although some of the former Visayan members of this Forum would also call it a sundang (an even more generic term than binangon as far as I recall). Early 20th C seems right for this one. Ian. |
