Stu is correct ... for the dagger, itself ... but
what it's very weird, it's the scabbard ...

it has all specifications (turquoise) to be from ... "Bukhara" (Uzbekistan) ...
far away from southern Iraq

Middle-East it's the country of ... wonders,
everything included, and more specially ... the impossible ... is possible

so for me;
Iraqi-Marsh Arab dagger with Uzbek scabbard, and together very beautiful
