Default Large Caucasian kindjal/kama for comment

I couldn`t resist to buy this one. It is large (59cm without the scabbard), and quite heavy (weighs about 580g (1 pound 4.5oz) /without the scabbard/). I have no information about it except it could be Lezgien. I have an impression that I have seen a similar motif of the birds on the brasswork, but I can`t find it.
The biggest mystery is the inscription on the blade - what could it possibly mean? I will be grateful for any info.

One more thing - the blade is not very sharp, but it is heavy weight champion. My other kindjal, Georgian origin, is just 5 cm shorter, but it weighs
380g - 200g less. I can fervently assure you that the weight makes HUGE difference in wielding - 2 completely different beasts. Additionally, the strange thumb support pin forces you into special handling. You can hit with the maximum power, but you are not so fast.
