K Pasta, Dudes?
Here is a Kurdish jambiya that I repaired that I got a few months ago. It is a wootz blade, although my phone can't get that kind of resilution.... If I get better pictures, I will post them. Enjoy |

Wow! I was surprised when I opened this up and saw my khanjar.
Anyway, there were 2 holes in the top that were missing either stones or silver. The other and major thing that I repaired was one of the filigree silver straps on the hilt. It was broken in half and sticking out. I carefully resoldered it and carefully placed it back into it's "pocket" - not an easy thing to do. Thanks for asking. ![]() |
