A Keris from ebay for comment
I've bought a keris on ebay recently. What do you think? It seems that wrangka is ivory. Haven't recived it yet, thou.

Hi Valjhun. I see these keris quite often on eBay. The dress is bone as the seller described, not ivory. The blade might be old or new, but the etched passage, most probably from the Qur'an, is most probably very recent. I could be wrong, but i believe keris like these are probably assembled for "those who travel for pleasure".

No need afraid when someone wrote what he/she meaned. Some souvenir worth deep much better than age,quality or anything else compare how hard to get it, except throught EBAY , just some klik

Agree with David and Henk, the inscription is newly made IMHO. I would stay away from this type, particularly because of the owah-owahan that I believe will devalue the keris further. The warangka also looks very "touristy" IMHO.
