Another from the Militaria Fair yesterday. Pictures taken on my old phone. I am thinking a fairly recent example, the blade nowhere near as good as the older one I have, but better than the other two on the dealers table.

I really like the blade. Never seen its style before. Likely early 20C. Had a useful but rough life. Looks like a small fish engraved on the blade. Can you get better pics on the engravings. They likely have a story to tell. Best, Ed |

The one attached (not mine) has a similar blade and grip style (with small variations) and shows a scabbard (listed as 19th century fwiw). The scabbard decorations remind me of those on Tacouba swords.
